Thor Odinson, often referred to simply as Thor, is a prominent character in Marvel Comics and the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). He is based on the Norse mythological god of the same name. He is the son of Odin, the Allfather and ruler of Asgard, and Frigga, the Queen of Asgard.

Thor wields the enchanted hammer Mjolnir, which grants him immense power, control over lightning, and the ability to fly. He is known for his great strength, durability, and mastery of combat.
